Homebrewing fascinated us just like it fascinates many brewers today. More than ten years ago, it was difficult in the Czech Republic to find ingredients beyond pilsner malt and lager yeast. We were among the first to help change and develop the local craft beer culture. That is how the cult Czech brand BeerGeek was born: a bar and bottle shop that shaped a generation of beer enthusiasts.

Later we began brewing our own beer at industrial scale as the gypsy brewery Sibeeria Brewery.

In 2019, after three years of design work, construction, and approvals, we finally opened our own 2,000 liter brewery in the heart of Vysočany. Our brewery is real craft: everything is designed, planned, and brewed by our own hands.

We are a young brewery, so we do not pretend to have centuries of tradition. We went back to our roots instead: we are engineers. Our brewery is surrounded by sensors. You will find a computer and display in every device and a tablet on every table. We design our own equipment and keep improving every part of the system.

Our brewery is a true laboratory for brewers, welders, electricians, and programmers. Data guides every brew, from mash temperature to packaging pressure.

In a good brewery, everything matters: flavor, foam, color, clarity, bottle finish, and label texture. We believe every detail has meaning, which is why our labels are artworks by renowned designer Jakub Wdowka, who has worked with us for almost 10 years.
