Sibeeria Léto 2026

When brewing this year’s Léto, we had one thing in mind: peaches. To bring that vision to life, we selected hops known for their peach-forward character, led by New Zealand Peacharine and Cryo HBC 630 from the United States. Supporting them is a reliable backbone of Cryo Chinook, Amarillo, and Mosaic, adding layers of citrus and tropical fruit complexity. A touch of rye malt gives this easy-drinking Session IPA a little extra body, helping the hop character shine while keeping the beer light and refreshing. The result is bright, juicy, and wonderfully summery. So, the real question is: does it taste like peaches?
