Sibeeria Hekla

This is a juicy, limey and peachey NEIPA whose drinkability is not sacrificed by its strength, rather the slow and low fermentation has allowed for an increased richness of flavour and body, without the boozy attributes often associated with pale beers of this strength. It combines Ekuanot, Azacca, Azacca CGX and Dolcita to achieve a somewhat unusual, but no less delicious hop character which bursts forth initially with citrus and a pleasant grassyness, upon later mellowing out into soft peach and melon flavours. As summer days get shorter, and the nights cooler, craft beer punters begin to seek ales that put fire in their bellies and hair on their chests, this beer delivers in spades, and its pyroclastic flavour is not to be underestimated.
