When it comes to fresh hops, every hour counts. That's why Michal and Vavrik headed straight to the hop fields, picked up freshly harvested Juno and Ceres right by the hop-picking machine, and drove them back to the brewery. The very same day, the green hop cones were already in the brewhouse, becoming the heart of this year's Fresh Hop Czech Pale Ale. Fresh hops bring an unmistakably vibrant, green and herbal aroma, complemented in Juno and Ceres by delicate fruity and citrus notes. We deliberately kept this Czech Pale Ale light, simple, and highly drinkable to give this year's harvest as much room as possible to shine. From the hop field to the brewhouse in just a few hours – it doesn't get much fresher than this.
