Sibeeria/Black Dog Autumn Barking

Czech collaboration. 🇨🇿 Together with our friends from Black Dog, we brewed a West Coast Pilsner combining the lightness and drinkability of a pale lager with the expressive hop character of the modern West Coast. We kept the base clean, dry, and refreshing, leaving plenty of room for the hops to shine. Cryo Mosaic, which performs beautifully when dry-hopped at low temperatures, brings an intense fruity aroma, while Motueka and the Motueka-derived Limequat Hop Kief push the profile firmly towards fresh lime and bright citrus.
