Sibeeria Raspberry Sorbet

This is the sorbet that set us on the way of exploring fruity, sour beers and we love coming back to it. It’s hard not to notice that raspberries are just a perfect fruit for a Sour Ale. Malted wheat and flaked oat provide this light, refreshing beer with delightful smoothness that is balanced by pleasant sourness. Moreover, its deeply red colour makes a full glass of our Raspberry sorbet very hard to resist.
