Sibeeria/Fauve, Prizm, Sacrilège On the Planet Ygam

French collaboration 🇫🇷 Fittingly named for the working title of French-Czech collaborative classic animated feature 'Fantastic Planet', this is a mega-collab between French breweries Prizm, Sacrilège, Fauve and ourselves. The mission was simple, a classic Czech style Amber Lager, the very first in our portfolio. It has a sweet, caramel malt flavour utilising crystal, caramelised, biscuit and dark vienna malts, just to name a few, as well as utilising a unique combination of new-comer hops Barbe Rouge from France and Harmonie from Czech, bringing deep, red fruit and berry flavours to the forefront. As unusual as it is classical, as rich as it is light.
