Sibeeria/Craftbeer Bar Virgin ONRB

Czech collaboration 🇨🇿 Together with our friends from Craftbeer Bar in Brno, we agreed that the world was suffering from a serious shortage of simple, clean sour beers without fruit or other flavourings. So we brewed exactly that: a straightforward sour ale made with equal parts wheat and Pilsner malt, lactic fermentation, very gentle bitterness, and a clean fermentation profile. In the end, however, we couldn't quite resist and dry-hopped it with a dose of Deep Cut Cascade, bringing an exceptionally bright lemon aroma.
