Sibeeria Modus

Saaz Shine is a relatively new Czech hop variety that combines the traditional character of Žatec hops with a subtle hint of citrus. Alongside its pleasantly lingering bitterness, it brings a refined aromatic profile that feels both classic and gently modern. In this lager, we chose to let Saaz Shine take the lead almost entirely on its own. The result is a bright, refreshing beer where the hop’s elegant character can fully shine. Expect a clean, easy-drinking lager with a delicate balance of soft bitterness, herbal notes, and a light citrus touch.
