Sweet and sour are perfectly balanced, while long pepper adds a gentle spicy bite alongside the signature salinity that defines the style. Apricot forms a rich fruity foundation, lifted by the vibrant citrus brightness of yuzu. Despite its strength, this beer remains remarkably approachable, delivering bold, layered flavours in every sip.
