Italian collaboration. 🇮🇹 Friends brewing beer under the Birra dell'Eremo brand since 2012 came to us from the picturesque town of Assisi on the slopes of Mount Subasio. Together, we brewed the Session NEIPA. The lighter the body and lower alcohol content, the richer the aroma of Sabro, Riwaka, and Mosaic hops, which give the beer an incredibly rich character of tropical fruit, citrus, and coconut.
