Slovak collaboration. 🇸🇰 Tomáš from Čierny Kameň likes his beer ideas just as clean and straightforward as this West Coast IPA. What should we use for the malt bill? Nothing but Pilsner malt – obviously! And the hops? Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Chinook – of course! The result could hardly be anything else: a beautifully pale, crystal-clear, deeply attenuated IPA with an almost touchingly familiar hop character. A modern West Coast IPA built around clarity, hops, and the beauty of simplicity.
